The Wanneroo Amateur Football Club is excited to announce that Riley Stringer has committed to the Roos for the 2026 season!![]()
Riley has been on West Perth’s list since 2024 as a colt, earning his opportunity at reserves level in late 2024 and throughout 2025. During that time, he has continued to develop his game at a high level within the WAFL system, gaining valuable experience and exposure.![]()
While part of West Perth’s program, Riley has also had cameo appearances in our League side, along with playing key roles in our Colts finals campaigns over the past two seasons — further strengthening his connection with the club.![]()
After completing a preseason with West Perth heading into 2026, and despite strong interest and opportunities elsewhere, Riley has made the decision to commit to Wanneroo for the upcoming season — a fantastic show of belief in the direction of our club.![]()
Riley brings, high-level fitness, explosive speed, clean skills, strong outside run and carry.![]()
His ability to impact games on the outside and provide drive and class will be a major asset for us in 2026.![]()
We’re thrilled to have Riley locked in and can’t wait to see him in black and white next season.![]()

Mark brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, having recently assisted with the State All Abilities Team and being recognised with awards for his outstanding contributions to the Starkick program. His strong passion for disability inclusion and community football aligns perfectly with the values of our club.![]()

The club is thrilled to welcome Scott back after the strong impact he made last year. Scott built excellent relationships with players across the group, earning their respect through his energy, standards, and commitment to development. That connection will be vital as we head into what is shaping up as one of our biggest seasons yet.![]()

With strong competition for spots and depth building across the list, Scott will once again lead the reserves team from the front, playing a key role in driving performance and preparing players to step up when called upon. There’s a real buzz on the track, and we’re excited to see Scott continue the work he started in 2025.
