ROOS OFF TO A FLYER! Wanneroo has had their best start to a season in many years, with the League, Reserves and Colts all undefeated after the first 3 rounds. In a very promising first few weeks the League team has beaten Kingsway by 7 points, Ocean Ridge by 124 points and Manning by 176 points to sit comforatbly on top of the table as the only undefeated side. ABOUT US The Wanneroo Amateur Football Club (WAFC) was established in 1985 and is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year. Since our inception the club has established itself as one of the elite teams in the northern suburbs and finished A-Grade runners-up in the 2004 season and made the preliminary final the following year. Now in C Grade Gold the Roos are on the way back after a few years of rebuildiig both on and off the field and Season 2010 promises to be one of our best. New members are always welcome down at the Roos, go to our contact page for details of who to contact, or alternatively come down to training on a Tuesday or Thursday from 5:30pm to 8:00pm and speak to one of our coaches or a member of the committee.
